I create personalized sound experiences for people who want to pause, listen inward, and reconnect in a calm, welcoming setting.

My background in phlebotomy shaped a practical curiosity about the body and the importance of helping people feel at ease. Sound work offered a different kind of listening—one that makes room for rest, attention, and personal meaning.
In a session, I work with crystal singing bowls, a symphonic gong, and supporting instruments. Reiki-inspired energy work or aura-cleansing practices can be included when requested. Nothing is forced, and every element can be adapted or left out.
Outside of this work, I love spending time with my wife and our dogs, Jazzi and Baylee. They keep joy, play, and connection close at hand.
A meaningful session does not depend on having a particular reaction. You are welcome to rest, notice, ask for change, or simply listen.

We begin with how you are arriving today—not with a generic script or a promised result.
The final sound is not the end. Time to return slowly is built into every session.
There is no “right” way to experience a sound bath. Sensation, emotion, stillness, distraction, or simply a good rest can all be part of it.
Sound healing is offered as a complementary wellness experience, not clinical treatment.
Sessions are designed to support relaxation, reflection, and personal well-being. They do not diagnose conditions, provide psychotherapy, or replace medical or mental-health treatment.
Please share relevant sensory, mobility, hearing, pregnancy, or health considerations before booking. If you are unsure whether a sound bath is appropriate for you, ask a qualified health professional first.
You can ask about the instruments, format, remote options, payment, and accessibility before choosing a session.
